Just the day I visit over there for the grand Cherokee they help me a lot good experience with him. Jay explained me everything he give me a good deal.

My service was exceptional! Rick Thomas got me In right away answered all my questions and gave me peace of mind that my van was safe to drive.

I came in to have new tires put on my car. I was informed that my current tires had at least another year on them. I am so grateful for the guys who looked it over and were very honest. They could have sold me something I did not need but they genuinely looked out for me and my vehicle. This will make me a customer for the life of my car!

The gentleman at the parts counter changed the battery to my key fob and informed me that it had the wrong battery. I was completely unaware, I had struggled with the key fob from for a while not knowing what was wrong with it. He immediately noticed what was wrong, and explained it to me. It may look like something simple but for a person who doesn’t know it makes a difference when someone takes the time to explain something to you. This was on 9/28/26

The staff was very nice and professional and the service tech as well and got my vehicle done in a nice and reasonable manner

They replaced my O2 sensor (or similar) at no cost, stating that it was still covered under the manufacturing warranty, while another dealer was quoting me $900 for the same service.
