Can’t say enough good things about the service department at Eastgate Chrysler Jeep, the service manager Rick and his helpful staff. We were in town from Iowa and they went above and beyond to diagnose a bad module in our Jeep Cherokee, get the parts in overnight and get us back on the road quickly. Rick and staff were very transparent, extremely invested in the best possible outcome and hard working in our tight time frame. Highly recommend this dealership and service department!

In my short 63 yrs on this earth I have baught my share of vehicles, through differant dealerships. I had frustrating experiences throughout. This time was way differant, Jay was my sales person and he was great. Very helpfull and did not try and over sell and listened to what I wanted and I made a great purchase of a Ram 1500 Big Horn. Everyone in this dealership was very helpfull and repectfull.

I gave this place a bad review last year because the service was terrible but this time was a 20 star review instead of 5 because the new general manager made sure my experience was better and again went there earlier and norm who is the service manager was incredible and I can't believe how much he helped me I recommend this place to anybody

Great service department

Josh was amazing to work with, I dropped off my truck and he had it looked at within a day with a diagnosis. I needed my truck for a camping trip within 2 weeks and he had it done in a week! Great customer service and very responsive to my messages. Will definitely be back for any service needs.
