Suit Up for Indiana Comic Con 2015
Up in the sky, look! It’s a bird. It’s a plane. It’s Indiana Comic Con! Dust off your costumes, strap on the boots and get your tickets to the best comic book convention in Indiana. This year’s Comic Con takes place Friday, March 13th through Sunday, March 15th at 100 S. Capital Avenue in Indianapolis, Indiana. The three day event features 150 booths geared towards anything and everything you can think of: comics, cosplay, anime, video games, art and more. Not only will there be tons of exhibition booths but a packed schedule of events for all to enjoy.
Each day is jam-packed! You can attend panels and participate in discussions focused on different subjects, such as wig selection, gender equality, writing characters and special effects. For cosplay fans, you can hang out in The Cosplay Lounge throughout the day to re-energize, fix up your costume, and meet other cosplayers. You can even get professional photos taken in your costume! Not only is Indiana Comic Con a great place to connect with like-minded people and stay updated about your favorite mediums, it’s a blast. Get your Larp on with a huge session of Fantasy Larp each day of the convention. Enter into the convention wide costume contest. Show off your talents in the Talent Show. Spend the day watching your favorite films. You can make Indiana Comic Con what you want!
Indiana Comic Con wouldn’t be complete without a stacked roster of professionals and celebrities from the comic and entertainment industry. Your favorites will be present for autographs, photo opportunities and to speak on panels. Meet and interact with iconic stars such as Carrie Fisher (Star Wars, Family Guy, Blues Brothers), Paige O’Hara (Beauty and the Beast), and Jason Momoa (Game of Thrones). Your favorite voices actors and artists will also be present to share their years of knowledge and expertise. The list goes on and you can find it here!
Registration is already underway so secure your spot soon! You can register for whichever day you’d like: Friday ($30), Saturday ($35), or Sunday ($30). You can also purchase a three-day pass for only $60! If you’re thinking about bringing the kids along, children 12 and under get free admission. There are plenty of kid-friendly activities for them to participate in and enjoy too!
